By obtaining the Whealthy Workplace certificate, your company distinguishes itself as a sustainable employer, that takes health & wellbeing at work seriously.
Levels of Certification
Bronze Certificate - Valid for 1 year
Companies with a basic Whealthy Workplace policy that have made demonstrable investments to measure and improve vitality & happiness at work are eligible for a 'Bronze Whealthy Workplace certificate’. A company & facility scan was carried out and an action plan has been put into place for continuous improvement. Vitality and Whealthy KPIs are set for a 3 year period.
Silver Certificate - Valid for 1 year
Companies with an advanced Whealthy Workplace policy that show demonstrable efforts and progress, qualify for a 'Silver Whealthy Workplace certificate'. The company scan shows a solid increase of at least 10% compared to the previous year. The organization’s Vitality and Whealthy KPIs show a positive trend.
Gold Certificate - Valid for 2 years
Companies with an exemplary Whealthy Workplace policy qualify for a ‘Golden Whealthy Workplace certificate'. The company scan proves steady increase and a score of over 50 has been achieved. The Vitality and Whealthy KPIs continue to show a positive trend. These companies breathe & radiate the Whealthy Workplace, throughout all layers of the organization and beyond.
